How We Do It

As soon as we identify the land for you, and you express your wish to buy, you will pay a deposit of 50% of the total cost of the land.  You will also be required to pay for costs.  See our Costs and Payments page.  We will then invite a government appointed surveyor to partition the land and register it. 

He/she will later produce the Deed after due registration. 

Most probably you will be buying from outside Sierra Leone.  We will highly recommend that you are either there in person at some stage or have a reliable person there to see the process go through and report to you.  Unless you instruct otherwise, we would prefer to hand the Deed to you personally.
